REQUIEM FOR AN ELECTRIC CHAIR

Chair Concept.png

"I cannot kill you, because I know you: such a simple sentence that passed through my auditory nerves and took possession of my entire circulatory system: a sentence pronounced by the one supposed to execute me.

The scene is an illegal detention cell with seven detainees represented by a human and six mannequins. It represents the drama lived for seven days by seven inmates in a pitch-black room. They are subjected to physical, moral and psychological torture, orchestrated by an autocratic power or regime imposing the laws of a predatory system that this 21st century knows so well. The cell is both real and a metaphor for the interior of the mind.
